Before proceeding to extraction of the old UV bulb please make sure that the unit is turned off and also avoid looking directly at the lamp, if it is still on. All EcoQuest air purifiers feature low-maintenance design, so you won’t have to worry about frequent service checks and bulb replacements. Even if you are using your EcoQuest air purifier on a daily basis, you won’t need more than one bulb per year (or even two years in case you have one of the advanced models).
